Fees: $3.00 authorization fee
$12.00 beach courier service fee
Total: $15.00 delivery cost
Invoice: (Once an order is placed and delivery service is underway)
Cost of items reflected on receipt at hand-off
Service Fee: 12% of receipt cost
Total: Cost of items + 12% service fee
+$3.00 if additional stop needed to complete your order (if selected)
+$7.00 if you are over 10 minutes walking distance from parking lot (if selected)
Generally Allowed Items:
-Food
-Beach items; Such as lounge chairs, floatation devices, beach balls, water guns, etc
-Clothing
Excluded Items (We cannot deliver the following):
-Alcohol
-Fireworks/Firearms
-Weapons
-Hunting equipment
-Camp fire equipment (lighter fluid, firewood, etc.)
-Any item that is deemed unsuitable for the beaches, according to the regulations of the National Park Service (Review The Superintendent’s Compendium)
-Items that threaten to harm local ecosystems and protected animal species. These may vary throughout the season (Example: kites may be excluded during shorebird nesting season)
If you are unsure of the cost of your items and would like to set a budget, please include a “budget limit” in the order details prompt. If the total cost of your items exceeds this limit we will contact you before placing your order to adjust the order or offer a full refund.
Charge Details:
You will be charged for authorization at checkout, and the courier service fee with the receipt of your items in two separate charges with the payment method provided. One reflecting the cost listed at checkout for the delivery, and one reflecting the service fee and cost on the receipt of purchased items (you will be provided this receipt at hand-off and emailed the invoice)
Refunds:
If delivery service is unavailable you will be automatically refunded the authorization fee.
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact (484)552-3518 as soon as possible. If the order has not been placed yet or we are able to cancel the order, you will be issued a full refund. If the order has been placed and we cannot return the items or cancel the order, we will issue a 50% refund on the delivery cost and only charge for the cost of items.
